Because this is consistent over all three programs, I’m assuming it has something to do with my computer itself. Now that I remember, I not so recently used MakeMKV to convert the ESB Grindhouse ISO into an MKV file without these glitches. This glitch always occurs (but in varying areas) with the use of MKVToolnix, MakeMKV and TSMuxer. Here are five frames I grabbed to showcase what I’m talking about specifically(the first and last pictures are only posted for reference for how long the glitch persists): While watching the movie, the audio seemed synced, though I still suffered some of the same picture issues as my previous attempts. With the MKV version now on Spleen, I downloaded that and tried to mux in the 5.1 audio using MKVToolNix.
